Why you should enroll your child in HAPPITeen® Camp? HAPPITeen® Camp is not just ANOTHER plain, old boring camp. How do I Sign Up?
1. Email us your completed registration form to kc.vihara@gmail.com to pre-book.
2. Print and sign your completed registration form and attach it with your payment
*Registration is only CONFIRMED upon receipt of payment*
How do I Pay Up?
1. Cheque:
Please make cheque payable to “Therapy-Coaching” and mail it to OBCC of Therapy-Coaching, Blk 809 French Rd, #02-192 Kitchener Complex S (200809) On the reverse side of the cheque, kindly indicate:
- HAPPITeen Camp II
- Name of participant and
- Your contact no.
2. Paying by Cash:
Payment by cash is to be made in person at Khoon Chee Vihara, 23 Lorong Mydin Road (5 min walk from Kembangan MRT)
Opening time: 1.30pm – 6.00pm (Mon – Fri) 11.00am – 4pm (Sun & Sat)
